Who you are contracting with

This site is operated by Taksh Media. Booking a board or accepting a media plan creates a contract with us on these terms, together with anything specific written into your media plan. Where the two differ, the media plan wins.

Using this site

• Site photographs, specifications, impression estimates and availability are given in good faith and are accurate at the time of publication. Availability moves — it is confirmed at the point of booking, not at the point of browsing.
• Impression and footfall figures are estimates derived from traffic and footfall data. They are a planning tool, not a guarantee of audience delivered.
• Do not scrape, republish or resell our inventory data, site photographs or rates.

Booking and payment

• All published prices are exclusive of GST, which is shown separately and charged at the prevailing rate.
• Self-serve packs are the only prices we publish. Every other site is quoted individually.
• A booking is confirmed when payment clears, or when we confirm it in writing. Until then the slot is held but not secured.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway. We do not store card details at any point.

Artwork

• You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything in the artwork you supply, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• Artwork must meet the published specification. We check every file and will tell you if it will not hold up at size — but the final creative decision is yours.
• We may decline artwork that is unlawful, that breaches the local authority's content rules, or that we reasonably consider likely to cause serious offence. If we decline, we will tell you why and offer a full refund of anything unrun.
• Late or non-compliant artwork does not extend your campaign dates.

Delivery

• We aim to have a campaign live within 48 hours of artwork approval. That target assumes the site is accessible and the weather allows safe work at height.
• You get a geotagged proof-of-display photograph when the campaign goes live, and a condition report each month it runs.
• If a board is damaged, defaced or its lighting fails, we repair it as quickly as access allows and credit any period the site was materially not delivering.

Things outside our control

We are not liable for a failure to deliver caused by something genuinely outside our control — a municipal order, a structural or safety directive, severe weather, civil disruption or a public utility failure. Where that happens we will either move your campaign to an equivalent site or credit the affected period, at your choice.

Liability

Our liability in connection with a campaign is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
