Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what a form asks for, and nothing behind your back:

• Enquiry forms. Your name and phone number, plus the city, budget, media type and message if you give them. Email is optional on most of our forms.
• Bookings. Name, phone, email, company and GSTIN where supplied, the artwork you upload, and the campaign details. Payments are handled by our payment gateway — we never see or store card details.
• Job applications. Your name, contact details, the role and the CV you upload.
• Newsletter. Your email address, nothing else.
• Technical. Your IP address against each submission, to defend the forms against automated abuse, plus standard analytics about which pages get read.

Why we hold it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a media plan.
• To deliver and invoice a campaign you have booked.
• To meet our tax and accounting obligations, which set the retention period for anything invoiced.
• To send occasional cycle updates, if you asked for them. Every one has an unsubscribe link that works.

Who else sees it

Our own team, and the service providers we need to operate — our hosting provider, our email provider and our payment gateway. They process it on our instructions and for no other purpose.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass your contact details to other advertisers or media owners.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not convert: 24 months, then deleted.
• Bookings and invoices: as long as tax law requires us to hold the records.
• Job applications: 12 months, unless you ask us to keep them on file for longer.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Artwork you upload

Artwork you send us is used to produce and run your campaign, and to show you proof that it ran. We may photograph your creative on the board and use that photograph in our own case studies and portfolio — if you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your session secure and to understand which pages are read. We do not run advertising trackers that follow you to other sites.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. If a request would conflict with a legal retention obligation — an invoice, for example — we will tell you plainly which part we cannot delete and why.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
