Questions, answered plainly .
No jargon and no hedging. Where there is a number, we give the number.
A hoarding is a large flat board mounted on a building, a wall or its own frame. A unipole is a single steel pole carrying the board well above traffic. A gantry spans the road itself, so both carriageways see it.
Hoardings suit city roads and markets. Unipoles and gantries suit highways, where you need to be read at speed and cannot risk anything blocking the view.
One month is the standard cycle and the shortest that gives useful recall on a printed board. Two to three months is where most brands see the results they were expecting. Digital screens can be bought by the day, which is why they suit short bursts.
Fewer boards for longer beats many boards for a week. In a mid-size city, four to six well-chosen sites held for two months will outperform twenty sites held for two weeks at the same spend.
Use a dedicated phone number or a QR code on the creative, and watch walk-ins, direct traffic and branded search over the campaign window against the four weeks before it. Outdoor moves those three, and it moves them with a lag — do not judge it in week one.
It depends on the route, the size, whether the board is lit and how long you hold it. Rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most sites, we send real availability and the actual rate for each site — usually within a working day of hearing the city.
Because a single number would mislead. A prime junction and a residential road can differ several times over. We publish real prices for the self-serve packs, where the inventory is fixed, and quote everything else against the specific sites.
No. Every price we show or quote is exclusive of GST, and GST is shown separately on the invoice.
The self-serve packs start well under a lakh and can be booked online without talking to anyone. Below that, a short digital run is usually the honest recommendation over a printed board.
Supply at one-tenth scale at 300 dpi, or full size at 30 dpi, in CMYK. Keep live text at least 5% in from each edge. We check every file before it goes to press and flag anything that will not hold up at size.
Six words. At road speed a driver has eight to twelve seconds, and most of that goes on the image and the logo. If the message needs a sentence, it needs a different medium.
Yes. Design is a paid add-on and can be ticked during online booking, or quoted with a managed campaign.
Nine to twelve months outdoors on a tensioned frame, longer under a lit hood. Print failures — fading, delamination, ink problems — are replaced free within the campaign.
Typically 48 hours from artwork approval. Printing and mounting are both in-house, so nothing waits in a third party's queue.
You get geotagged photographs the day it goes live, and a condition report every month the campaign runs. This is the single thing the rest of the market does not do.
We inspect on a schedule and after severe weather. Replacement terms are set out in the campaign quote before you commit, not negotiated afterwards.
Yes, through partner media owners — but we will always tell you which sites are ours and which are not, and price them differently.
The site licence sits with the media owner, not the advertiser, so on our sites there is nothing for you to file. Shop-front signage on your own premises is different — that licence is in the occupier's name, and we prepare the drawings and tell you exactly what is needed.
Every structure we own carries a structural certificate and is inspected on a schedule. Documentation is available to any client who asks for it.
Within the law and the local authority's content rules. Categories such as tobacco and alcohol are restricted, and political advertising has its own timing rules during an election period.
Still not sure what you need?
Tell us the city and roughly what you want to spend. We will tell you honestly whether outdoor is the right buy for it — including when it is not.
