Refund & Cancellation Policy
When you can cancel, what comes back, and how long it takes. No small print you have to hunt for.

Cancelling a self-serve booking
Timing is measured against your campaign start date.

| 24–48 hours before the start date | 50% refund. Printing and scheduling are already committed by this point. |
| Under 24 hours, or after the campaign has started | No refund. The slot is committed and the media cannot be resold. |
The design add-on is refundable only if we have not yet started work on the creative.
Managed campaigns
Campaigns booked through a media plan run on the cancellation terms written into that plan, which are agreed before you commit. Where the plan is silent, this policy applies.
When we cancel
If we cancel — because a site becomes unavailable, a permission is withdrawn, or we decline your artwork under our terms — you get a full refund of everything unrun, or an equivalent alternative site if you would rather. Your choice, not ours.
If a campaign under-delivers
- Late start. If we put your campaign up late, we extend it by the days lost at no charge.
- Lighting failure. If a lit board runs unlit for more than 48 hours, we credit the affected nights.
- Damage or defacement. We repair it as soon as access allows and credit any period the site was materially not delivering.
- No proof photograph. If we cannot produce proof that your campaign ran on a site, that site is refunded. This is the commitment the rest of the market does not make.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. We confirm the cancellation in writing the same working day — a cancellation is not effective until you have that confirmation.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a refund to a different account.
- We initiate the refund within 3 working days of confirming the cancellation.
- Your bank or card issuer then takes 5–7 working days to credit it. That part is outside our control.
- GST already remitted is refunded with the principal amount, and we issue a credit note.
Disputes
If you think something has been handled wrongly, raise it with us before your bank. We would rather fix it directly, and we have never needed a chargeback to settle one.
